Qualifikationen

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• At least 18+ years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per the BCBA-created plan.
• Collect and record client behavior data using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training on guidelines, compliance, regulations.
• Record appointments daily and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Communicate progress with clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed.
