Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Georgia to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with families, schools, and other therapists to implement treatment plans.

The role requires RBT certification, 18+ years old, and solid communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• ABA experience preferred (6+ months) but not required.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per the BCBA-designed plan.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and other professionals for program implementation.
• Accept direction from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA) and complete required training.
• Record appointments and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics, HIPAA policies, and patient confidentiality.
• Communicate progress with clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Adjust therapy plans with BCBAs based on client progress.
