Butterfly Effects is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role in Orlando. You will support children with autism by implementing ABA plans under a BCBA, observing progress, and assisting with skill acquisition.

The position offers 9-15 hours per week with potential training support and advancement toward BCBA credentials, plus a $500 sign-on bonus for active RBT certification & Medicaid credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT Certification with Medicaid credentials.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Observe, record, and report client progress and behavior daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors and apply behavioral principles.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
• Complete daily paperwork and data collection in the online system.
