Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support ABA programs in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to promote progress.

Travel locally is required; growth to full-time is possible as caseloads grow. We seek individuals with RBT certification, experience with children, and a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
