Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. The role is part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans under a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
