Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings, implementing ABA plans created by BCBAs and using positive reinforcement to foster learning.

Local travel is required. The role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth within ABA.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage clients and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams, attend team meetings and trainings.
