Job summary

Therapitas is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company dedicated to serving Spanish-first children across Oklahoma. With clinics in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, our mission is to make sure Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child through culturally and linguistically appropriate care.

You'll join a collaborative ABA team that works with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy and ability to engage with neurodivergent children.
• Calm, steady presence in high-energy moments.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Active RBT certification or willingness to pursue one during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work and play one-on-one with neurodivergent kids.
• Use play and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Follow individualized programs created by BCBAs and track progress.
• Celebrate the child's wins and progress.
