ACES in Oklahoma is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children, applying evidence-based ABA techniques in centers or home settings. You will engage with families and supervisors while tracking progress through data systems.

You’ll reinforce positive behaviors, participate in our paid RBT certification and extensive training, and enjoy growth opportunities in a meaningful, data-driven field. This part-time role offers flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or in home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using training program.
• Track client progress using company-issued iPad and data systems.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support growth.
