Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA and collect data to track progress while engaging families and teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
