Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role involves data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and participation in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Part-time with potential to grow into full-time.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
