Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician to support children through ABA programs in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with clients, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA mentors to implement plans using positive reinforcement strategies. Local travel is required. We provide flexible scheduling, annual raises, and a quarterly bonus, plus full-time benefits when eligible,

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
