Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA and tracking progress with data collection.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
