Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, under BCBA supervision. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for averaging 25 hours per week, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and pathways to advance to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation; able to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
