Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings, delivering ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required and must be current.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
