Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
