Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time work with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.

We provide ongoing mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA, plus travel reimbursement and quarterly bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
