BehaviorCare Therapy in San Tan Valley seeks flexible part-time RBT/BT to work in families' homes after school. You will provide hands-on ABA-based support to children with autism, following supervisor plans and tracking progress with a simple data system. Team collaboration ensures consistency and meaningful growth for each child.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability.
• Reliable transportation and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow step-by-step treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track progress with a simple data system on your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other techs to maintain consistency.
• Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate wins.
