Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Fredericksburg, VA team for Tue/Thu afternoons in-home sessions. This part-time role features flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with children and teens on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision.

You'll deliver direct therapy (97153) per the client’s plan, collect session data, and collaborate with the BCBA and family care managers.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Tue/Thu afternoons.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA is assigned before you start; you will receive the plan, an introduction, and family support.
• Supervision is supportive with competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors are here to support you.
