Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home therapy in Woodbridge, VA. This part-time role offers two weekday afternoons (4:00pm–7:00pm), about 6 hours per week, with direct therapy billed at $22–$23 per hour.

You will work under a BCBA, deliver services per the treatment plan, collect session data, and participate in supervision and training. Reliable transportation and a compassionate approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 4:00pm–7:00pm.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• BCBA assigned before start; receive plan, introduction, and family support.
• Supervision is supportive with feedback and competency assessments.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time paid.
• Support from BCBAs and clinical directors.
