Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Woodbridge, VA for two weekday afternoons (4:00pm–7:00pm), about 6 hours per week. The role offers $22–$23/hour, with potential paid non-billable time for training and meetings.

You will work under a BCBA with a focus on compassionate, client-centered ABA therapy. Two afternoons per week, flexibility to fit family schedules, and a clear career pathway within Step Ahead ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 4:00pm–7:00pm
• Comfort working in a family's home
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA's plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Work under BCBA supervision with evaluation and feedback.
• Support family and care manager as part of the team.
• Contribute to client progress and case continuity.
