Little Champs ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The RBT will provide high-quality ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings, supporting skill development and independence.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy directly with clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills and independence (communication, daily living, social/emotional skills, play, vocational skills).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
