Job summary

Magical Moments ABA in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This part-time role offers a 12pm–3pm Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities to work 1:1 and in small groups with clients under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and families to implement individualized treatment plans and support client progress through ethical, family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per BCBA treatment plan.
• Collect and record data on behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training on organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
• Record appointments and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics and patient privacy policies (HIPAA).
• Communicate progress with clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as progress dictates.
