Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. in DeKalb, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician for Project Hope, delivering play-based ABA therapy weekday evenings and Saturdays. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to support children with special needs.

You’ll implement therapy, collect data, document accurately, and build trusting relationships with families. Requirements: high school diploma and active RBT certification; strong communication and comfort working independently.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification with the BACB upon start.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients following BCBA programming.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build trusting relationships with the children on the caseload and make sessions engaging.
