Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide play‑based ABA therapy to children during weekday evenings and Saturday hours in Park Ridge, IL. You will work with a BCBA, deliver direct therapy, and collect data to support progress in a fun, engaging environment.

You must hold an active RBT certification with BACB and have strong communication skills. Schedule includes weekday evenings and Saturdays, with hours capped at 20 per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification with BACB upon start.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy services following BCBA-written programming.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision for feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation on time.
• Build trusting relationships with children and their families to keep sessions engaging.
