Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Ohio seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized programs, collect session data, and work as part of a supportive clinical team.

No prior RBT is required, as we provide training to earn your RBT certification before you start services. Part-time roles offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a growing ABA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build relationships with families.
