Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Richmond, VA is seeking part-time RBT/BT professionals to deliver ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics. Paid training and clear pathways for advancement are offered, with support through our ABA Academy to prepare for the RBT exam.

Compensation starts at $24.60/hour for RBT and $22.25/hour for BT, with referral bonuses of $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA. Final pay is based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
