Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee in Cordova, TN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time roles. Starting pay is $19.30/hour for RBT and $17.40/hour for BT, with referral bonuses of $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA.

Final compensation determined by experience and education. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, including ABA Academy to help prepare for the RBT exam.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
