Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience in childcare, education, psychology, or related field is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage physically with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
