Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields is essential.
• High school diploma necessary; Bachelor's in relevant fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Experience in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation

Education
