The role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and career growth toward BCBA with supportive scheduling and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and support physical interactions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
