Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, helping children with autism build skills and independence.

We offer part-time positions with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement. Paid training is provided and a supportive clinical team is available to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
