Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate RBTs for part-time roles in Lancaster, PA. Work 10am-2pm, Monday through Friday, delivering play-based ABA therapy and direct care to children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings.

You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect behavior data, and collaborate with a supportive team to foster each child’s progress. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within HHF.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; human services degree preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walk/run/lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation and mobility to travel as needed.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support progress.
