Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Harrisburg is hiring registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy for children with autism in clinics, homes, and community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect behavior data to monitor progress, collaborating with the team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, comfort with children, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided with potential growth opportunities within HHF.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor in human services preferred.
• Ability to work well with children and families.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication with clients' families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based ABA methods and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support progress.
