Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You'll work under a BCBA, collect data, and implement evidence-based sessions in clinics, homes, or community settings.

This role offers morning or evening shifts, paid RBT training and exam, travel time and mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities through HHF Fellowship and Rise programs. Background checks and E-Verify apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
