Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-on-1, play-based ABA therapy for children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. The role includes data collection, collaboration with the BCBA, and delivering evidence-based interventions.

The position is part-time (Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm) with paid RBT training, travel time reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement through HHF programs. A supportive, inclusive culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; human services degree preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

$19.94 - $21.15 USD
