Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking aRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Lancaster, PA. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 10am–2pm, offering hands-on ABA therapy to children with autism and structured supervision by a BCBA. Compensation is hourly and includes company-paid RBT training.

You will work with families and kids in clinics, homes, and community settings, collecting data and supporting developmental milestones. A strong communicator with reliable transport is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children in clinical/home/community settings.
• Must have reliable transportation and good communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support progress.
