Responsibilities

• Greets patients promptly in a warm, friendly manner and verifies demographics.
• Maintains a clean patient and working space; directs patients and family members to amenities.
• Communicates with team and patients; follows hospital procedures and policies.
• Assists with transfers and movement of patients on/ off stretchers and beds.
• Performs clerical duties including scheduling, report retrieval, and coordination with offices.
• Supports technologists, residents, and radiology attendings during interventional biopsy exams.
