Accelon Consulting in Mountain View, CA is seeking a hands-on technician to support a micro-fill R&D production line on a part-time, on-site basis. You will perform assembly, liquid filling, and packaging across multiple stations, while handling material receiving, inventory, and GDP compliance in a cleanroom.

This role requires adherence to SOPs, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to stand for extended periods while wearing cleanroom PPE.

Qualifications

• Hands-on execution of assembly, liquid filling, and packaging on a multi-station line.
• Fine-motor assembly tasks with micro-components.
• Adherence to SOPs, assembly flow diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and GDP.
• Must complete required training before working independently at any station.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable wearing standard cleanroom PPE (ESD coat, hairnets, safety glasses, gloves, beard covers).
