Job summary

Accelon Consulting in Mountain View, CA is seeking a hands-on technician to support a micro-fill R&D production line on a part-time, on-site basis. You will perform assembly, liquid filling, and packaging across multiple stations, while handling material receiving, inventory, and GDP compliance in a cleanroom.

This role requires adherence to SOPs, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to stand for extended periods while wearing cleanroom PPE.

Qualifications

Job Description

Work Schedule: Part-time position, requiring onsite 3 days per week in Mountain View.

Role Summary

• Hands-on technician supporting an agile R&D production line (MicroFill), executing assembly, liquid filling, and packaging operations across a multi-phase build process.
• Responsible for material receiving, inventory reconciliation, line clearances, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) within a cleanroom environment.

Role Context

• Environment: Cleanroom / R&D production line (not a commercial facility).
• Scope: Agile, risk-scaled R&D line; multi-phase operations including subassembly, filling, and packaging.
• Physical requirements: Extended standing/sitting, fine-motor precision tasks, cleanroom PPE required.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Hands-on execution of assembly, liquid filling, and packaging operations on a multi-station line.
• Ability to perform fine-motor assembly tasks and handle micro-components.
• Adherence to SOPs, assembly flow diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Must complete all required training before working independently at any station.

Good to Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, laboratory, or cleanroom environments.
• Experience operating automated filling or packaging machinery (blister tray sealing, flow wrap pouching).
• Familiarity with material receiving, inventory tracking, and batch record documentation.
• Experience with leak testing equipment and First Article Inspections.
