Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician I to support consumables manufacturing in a Lawrence, MA cleanroom. This onsite, first-shift role involves following SOPs, handling small components, and maintaining strict quality standards in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, especially in cleanroom or regulated settings, and can perform repetitive, precise tasks with accuracy and documentation.”

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment and contamination control procedures.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed SOPs and work instructions.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform consumables manufacturing and production activities according to SOPs.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while following contamination control and quality protocols.
• Handle small components and manufacturing materials with precision and accuracy.
• Follow established quality standards, ISO procedures, and efficiency requirements.
• Inspect and monitor work to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Accurately document production activities and maintain manufacturing records.
• Use computer systems for data entry, production tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments to meet manufacturing goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support additional manufacturing projects and assignments as needed.
