Red Dot Digital Media, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Clerk with QuickBooks expertise to join our team in Carlsbad, CA onsite. The role focuses on accurate data entry, financial record keeping, and supporting daily operations with flexible hours.

You will enter data in QuickBooks, Excel, and Zoho CRM, generate reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping and clerical tasks. A strong eye for detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of data entry experience (finance or accounting preferred).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred).
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enter data into QuickBooks, Excel, and Zoho CRM.
• Create and track vendor purchase orders.
• Review and verify documents: sales orders, vendor invoices, supplier charges, and other records.
• Generate reports using Excel (Pivot tables) and QuickBooks.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, transcription, and clerical tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team to streamline workflows.
• Support general administrative duties as needed.
