Bonney Staffing seeks an experienced bookkeeper to manage QuickBooks-based transactions and maintain accurate financial records in Scarborough, ME. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM, with a predictable morning schedule and potential for additional hours as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks proficiency, and solid Excel skills. An associate degree is preferred to support accounting tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Independent and detail-oriented.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain organized financial records.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with financial documentation.
• Prepare tax-related forms.
