Job summary

The Wing Group in Arcata, CA is seeking a Part-time Purchaser Lv.1 to ensure supply of materials. You will transmit POs in NetSuite, monitor inventory, and collaborate with Engineering and Shipping to meet production needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and data-entry skills, and comfort with Excel/Word. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Write and transmit purchase orders in NetSuite.
• Plan purchases and maintain inventory levels.
• Evaluate and manage vendors based on price and reliability.
• Enter and maintain compliance requirements on purchase orders.
• Investigate discrepancies and assist Accounts Payable with inquiries.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Materials, Shipping and other teams.
• Assist production with scheduled builds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
