Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Boone NC is seeking staff for its Public Areas cleaning team. The role reports to the Chief Engineer and focuses on welcoming guests, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding hospitality standards in a busy hotel environment. Shifts are morning first shift, part-time around 16 hours per week.

Applicants must be 16 or older; students are welcome to apply with class schedule flexibility. A drug test and background check are required.

We are currently looking to fill a position for our Public Area’s cleaning department.

• This position reports directly to our Chief Engineer.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder.
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Previous experience a plus. Candidates should display positive work habits, flexibility, and a friendly hospitality oriented personality.

• Consistent Availability Preferred, Part-Time (16 hours avg.)
