Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Boone is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and respond to guest requests with Hamptonality. You will start at 8:45 a.m. and aim to complete daily tasks before 3 p.m., with weekends and holidays required for first-year staff. Training is provided; compensation is hourly with tips for room attendants.

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and able to multi-task while maintaining high cleanliness standards in both rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• You are 16 years or older.
• Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Reach overhead and below the knees; bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Energetic, able to multi-task and maintain cleanliness in rooms and public areas.
• Reliable transportation.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK!

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform guest stayover service as needed.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

General Overview
As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests efficiently and with Hamptonality! You will be core in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• You are 16 yrs or older (required).
• Job requires full mobility and ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ideal candidate is energetic, able to multi-task and maintain excellent levels of cleanliness in both the guest rooms and public areas.
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

• Full Availability and meeting room times (39 min or less / room) - $16.00/hr
• Full Availability and Training - $15.00hr
• Four days a week Available, including Sat and Sun - $14.00/hr
• Less than 4 Days a week, no limitations - $13.00/hr
• Less than 3 Days a week available, unable to work Sunday- $12.00/hr

All room attendants are eligible to receive tips!!

Work Environment and Scheduling

• Days start at 8:45a.m., and the goal is to be done before 3 p.m. each day!
• Perfect job for those who have class or family obligations in the evening.
• Weekends and holidays required for first-year
• Can make additional requests off after 6mo
