Loma Linda Post Acute in California is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. You will assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help residents regain mobility and independence in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current California PTA license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Monitor resident progress and accurately document treatments and responses
• Communicate resident updates and progress with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care teams
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all state and federal regulations
