Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• California PTA license in good standing and active status.
• Experience with SNF or post-acute rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in direct patient care and treatment plans.
• Document daily treatment notes and progress per regulations.
• Communicate patient progress with PT and rehab team.
• Participate in discharge planning and rehab conferences as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques.
• Maintain clean, safe treatment areas and report equipment issues promptly.
