Qualifications

• Complete and pass skills evaluation test annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the rehabilitative plan of care.
• Contact the patient within 24 hours and begin therapy as prescribed.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques delegated by the Physical Therapist.
