Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient mobility and daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as PTA in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and daily living activities.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under PT guidance.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize patient outcomes in the home setting.
