Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and input.
• Educate patients and families on therapy, discharge instructions, and community resources.
• Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment goals and discharge plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient education per departmental protocols.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, attendance, and professional conduct.
• Foster positive patient and team interactions, applying customer service principles like AIDET.
• Participate in professional development, mandatory training, and team training activities.
• Adhere to organizational policies, safety, infection control, and quality standards.
